Pirates and Police - Queens Docks
Ghost walks Hull - As the newest docks 'Queens Docks' - Old Hull Town, it was prone to its own gangs and criminals. Growing form its original docks by the rivers edge, the Hull needed a larger fleet. So it created the docks that effectively ring fenced the old town making it an island. One ship became synonomous with the area and a flood of laws ensued.
